We are very excited to announce that COAST Physical Therapy and Ultimate Goal Family Sports Center are teaming up to offer our local youth athletes a wonderful TEAM STRENGTH & CONDITIONING opportunity! In today’s youth sports-centered world, we are seeing more and more youth athletes getting injured at younger ages for a variety of reasons, whether it’s due to inappropriate training, overtraining or lack of proper training. Incorporating a strength and conditioning program into an athlete’s training routine is imperative to ensure that an athlete stays healthy and has a decreased risk of injury during their peak athletic season.
So gather your teams and register for TEAM STRENGTH & CONDITIONING at Ultimate Goal this summer! Let the staff at COAST Physical Therapy help your athletes reach their maximum athletic potential while reducing the likelihood of sports-related injuries.
Grind Fitness
GRIND FITNESS offers high intensity boot camp & interval style training, all classes held at the Ultimate Goal Family Sports Center!

Workout information:

Training topics: - Strength training (barbells, dumbells, kettlebells)

- Conditioning (sandbags, medicine balls, weighted jump roles, sleds)

- Cardio (long, medium and short distance)
Days & Times:Monday, Wednesday, Friday classes at 6:00 AM & 9:30 AM.

Saturday at 8:00 AM

Evening classes Monday - Thursday at 5:30 PM
Fee:$20-2 weeks unlimited classes

$60 for 5 classes

$100 for 10 classes

or $79 unlimited classes monthly

Zumba Fitness
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie burning. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class!
